Â鶹 Free Academy, Main Campus Unveils Three Updated Cafeterias
On Friday, September 21st, Â鶹 Free Academy, Main Campus welcomed , NFL’s organization, and retired NY Jets full back, Mr. Tony Richardson for a ribbon cutting ceremony that unveiled three updated cafeterias.
American Dairy Association North East awarded Â鶹 Free Academy with a cafeteria makeover which will enhance the school’s Breakfast After the Bell program and increase student access to healthy and nutritious foods. The organization, in partnership with NECSD and Fuel Up to Play 60, upgraded wall signage, digital signage, and seating for the three cafeterias.
American Dairy Association North East also awarded a check to Heritage Â鶹 School to upgrade their breakfast cart.
Research shows eating breakfast at school improves student academic performance, health and behavior. In partnership with Â鶹 Enlarged City School District, American Dairy Association North East aims to increase student access to school breakfast.
