Â鶹 Health Science Students Train Peers on Health Saving Techniques
Â鶹 health science Â鶹 have been busy training their peers and performing blood pressure screenings at Â鶹 North and Â鶹 Armory Scholars in Scrubs!
Seniors who are part of the Health Science Pathway are now trained in Basic Life Support (BLS), certified through the American Heart Association and certified BLS Instructor Linda Romano.
The pathway program hasÌýbeen conducting training clinics where the seniors are teaching faculty, staff, and Â鶹 throughout Â鶹 North.Ìý
This student lead project beganÌýat the start of the month and will continueÌýthroughout February. The Â鶹 have a goal to train as many as possible to use and AED and hands only CPR.Ìý
