Athletics Registration | Final Forms
We are very excited to announce that the Â鶹 Enlarged City School District Athletic Department has partnered with , an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your Â鶹. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice!
FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your Â鶹, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
FinalForms will be live on July 21, 2023, for parents and Â鶹 to sign up for Fall Sports for all levels. 
The first day of Fall Sports is listed below. All athletic forms must be signed prior to the start of the sport season:
August 19th | Varsity, JV, Freshmen (Football only)
August 21st | Varsity, JV, Freshmen
September 6th | Modified
