A letter from Mr. Doddo, co-Principal of Â鶹 North to Â鶹 and families at Â鶹 Free Academy, North Campus

Dear Â鶹 Free Academy, North Campus families,
I am writing to inform you of an incident that took place this morning at Â鶹 Free Academy, North Campus. It was reported that two Â鶹 were involved in a verbal altercation and it is alleged that one student made a verbal threat to an individual student and another threat to harm the entire school. The situation was immediately de-escalated. Each student was addressed according to the District Code of Conduct. Security monitors and our School Resource Officer escorted the individual student that allegedly made the threats, out of the school and placed him in a patrol car. The student was then taken to the City of Â鶹 Police Department.
As you know, the safety of our Â鶹 and faculty is our highest priority. Please help us remind your child(ren) to speak to an adult if they ever hear of this type of threat to their school. It is through the work of all that we are able to love, support, and protect our scholars.
