THA STUDENTS GRADES K – 8As a part of the Guidance Program, Â鶹 will be introduced to a variety of career development in accordance with the American School Counselor’s Association’s National Standards for School Counseling Programs which include the following:
- Students will acquire the skills necessary to investigate the world of work in relation to knowledge of self and to make informed decisions
- Students will employ strategies to achieve future career goals with success and satisfaction
- Students will understand the relationship between personal qualities, education, training and the world of work
